Guide1. Export a CSV marker file from Frame.io
Export comments from Frame.io in the video comments menu "Download to File" > "CSV".
2. Use the "Convertidor de marcadores" to convert the CSV marker file into a ptx marker file
Open the free Convertidor de marcadores, select "Frame.io > Comments (.csv)" and set "convert" to "PTX". You can also set the Session Timecode Start, the Sample Rate and the Audio Pull Rate. Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.
